International Sales Manager

We are looking for a sales manager for our expanding international sales activities. You will explore opportunities within existing accounts and develop opportunities in new accounts. We expect you to be an experienced person who have participated already in the selling of complex IT and SI (Business Application and Integrations) solutions.  A self-starter who is confident, flexible, a great presenter, a team player, able to build a rapport quickly, has strong organisation and communication skills, and a must-win attitude is essential. The role will be covering customers from various business sectors across the whole region.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers in your territory/accounts
  • Develop territory / account plan(s) with sales propositions and pipeline to achieve annual targets
  • Define sales & lead generation strategies for your territory
  • Prospect to generate leads in new accounts within your territory
  • Work with the technical pre-sales colleagues to identify opportunities and expand solution footprint in current accounts
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, including the ability to:
      • Qualify a customer and opportunity
      • Identify the appropriate Consulting Value Proposition and interpret it to the customer
      • Own, manage and drive forward all aspects of the sale. Coordinating amongst the internal teams
      • Structure winning presentations / proposals / RFP responses
      • Drive relationships with procurement / vendor management / partners to negotiate contract terms and pricing
  • Accurately forecast against targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Monitor the delivery once won to ensure clients remain satisfied
  • Act as a point of escalation and resolutions for unresolved client issues


  • Sales background is a must (preferably IT and SI integration sales)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant field sales experience, in an international environment selling solutions/products where sales and decision process is rather complex
  • Bachelor business/commercial degree is a must, while Master’s degree or additional technical degrees are an advantage
  • Exceptional/fluent communication skills (both written and verbal) in Hungarian and English is a must. German is a strong advantage
  • Good knowledge and experience in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience in working with both corporate and public clients
  • Willingness to learn selling new technologies
  • Willingness to travel intensively (possibly also outside of Europe)
