Would you like to learn something new every day? Welcome to the Start up! trainee program. Our 18-month trainee program starts every three months so you can be flexible when it comes to joining. The program consists of five core phases. An onboarding week gives you all the information you need to start our program. You can configure your training program specifically to your interests within your specialist field. First controlling? Then marketing? Off to the digital transformation office at a later date? Why not? It’s your choice.

In the Start up! trainee program, you will be involved in various projects during the five phases of the program. These projects will not only familiarize you with Deutsche Telekom, they will also familiarize you with the technology and teams. Application process
You can submit your online application for the trainee program at Deutsche Telekom throughout the year. If we invite you to the hiring day, you’ll find out directly afterwards whether your professional future will start with our trainee onboarding week. The application time fframe is always August / September until August. We have a limited amount of job positions. Therefore we recommend to apply as soon as possible.
We have a multi-layered application process. Therefore the process can take differentiate. For example there could be waiting time before the Assessment Center, due to a limited amount of participants. Also during the vacation time and holdiday season there might be longer waiting times.
You apply to the job that suits best. Then Recruiting and the Departments will check your application and documents. If you fulfill the requirements, you will receive an invite to an on-demand video interview. If you pass this, then you get invited to one of our Assessment Centers. If you pass the Assessment Center, then you will have a final interview with HR and the department.
Yes. You can apply at any time. Important that you finish your studies in the year that the currently job postings are for. The last starting date each year is the 1.Oct., therefore you will have to finish you studies by then.
Yes. You can apply at anytime from anywhere. The whole application process can be made digitally/virtually.
