Together with the product-teams and the management, the Design Academy is working on shaping the best customer experience in the industry. Design Thinking supports this process. The people-oriented innovative approach holds a broad spectrum of methods and tools that can be integrated into familiar processes. The Design Academy helps to implement this successfully.

The Toolbox is the essence of our work. It is a selection of the best methods and processes, detailed Personas and practical tools. It is the standard for our daily work, is continually being extended and is available as a book or can be downloaded at any time via the Brand & Design portal.

We Enable Innovative Working Methods

Our curriculum is based on seven years of experience at Telekom Design as well as on the analysis of more than 300 Design Thinking methods and thousands of interviews, surveys, and comments.

The Telekom Academy supports our partners and colleagues to work customer oriented. Our approach is based on the following three components:
