Eyal Balicer

Eyal Balicer is the former Head of Research and Analysis at the Israel National Cyber Bureau in the Prime Minister's Office.

Under this purview, Mr. Balicer initiated the formulation of Israel’s National Security Policy in Cyberspace and led a cross-government process to shape Israel’s International Cyber Strategy. In addition, Mr. Balicer spearheaded the Bureau’s international business development efforts by promoting strategic partnerships between multinational corporations and the Israeli cyber security ecosystem.

Prior to his civil service, Mr. Balicer was the youngest IDF officer to ever serve at the Israeli Prime Minister’s Chambers, where he worked closely with leading national figures, including the Prime Minister. By then, Mr. Balicer had already initiated his pre-doctoral studies in Political Science.

Mr. Balicer is a regular speaker at cyber security and innovation conferences around the world.
