Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is at the very heart of Deutsche Telekom (DT) and Orange Groups DNA's. Sustainable Procurement is an essential pillar of our CSR commitments for both, DT and Orange.

Hence, the utmost harmonization between DT and Orange on CSR matters is crucial when it comes to our common Procurement Alliance, BuyIn.

In this context, and aiming to be complement and consistent with the high supplier standards at DT and Orange, we mutually developed a common Supplier Code of Conduct. Besides clearly addressing a shared and unique set of fundamental CR principles and values, this Code of Conduct sets ambitious expectations and requirements toward our suppliers on ethical, social and environmental aspects as well as Human Rights. This Supplier Code of Conduct is not intended to replace the laws and regulations in force in any country where our suppliers operate. It is primarily aiming to encourage respect for these laws and regulations and ensure that they are faithfully and effectively enforced.

Moreover, it is also striving to drive continuous improvement in our Supply Chain.

The new Supplier Code of Conduct will apply for all procurement activities managed by DT, Orange and BuyIn and is valid across all DT and Orange entities.
