Hub:raum welcomes Reputami

  • Reputami offers online reputation management services for local businesses
  • Fourth startup in hub:raum

Reputami, a startup business founded in Cologne, Germany, is the fourth team of entrepreneurs to join the hub:raum incubator in Berlin. The startup enterprise evaluates online customer feedback and gives local businesses in particular an opportunity to review this information and respond to it appropriately. To do this Reputami monitors relevant online sources and compiles customer opinions in a clear and concise manner. Reputami also gives its clients concrete recommendations on how they can improve their online reputation. Reputami services make the daily tasks involved in social media monitoring, location-based SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and influencer marketing much easier to perform.   "We found this approach, with a product that is easy to use, very compelling. Especially today, where opinions and criticism tend to be expressed in social networks and forums, it is very important for local businesses to know what customers are thinking and how to react to their comments. This results in more customer satisfaction and more revenue. We are therefore very proud to welcome Reputami as another promising startup to our incubator," says Peter Borchers , Head of hub:raum .   Reputami was founded in May 2012 by Ali Saffari and Oliver Twardowski in Cologne, Germany. Together both founders have 30 years of experience in the development, design and sale of professional business solutions. "We want to redefine how businesses deal with their customers in the age of social media and location-based services, in addition to improving the service quality of local enterprises. As the recipient of the Telekom Innovation Award 2012, we had the opportunity to experience Telekom as a reliable partner and sponsor of innovative B2B solutions. We now look forward to continuing and intensifying our collaboration by joining hub:raum," say Ali Saffari and Oliver Twardowski .   hub:raum was launched in Berlin in mid-2012 to support startups which have new ideas for telecommunications services, Internet services and digital media. The incubator provides a pool of experts, the huge Deutsche Telekom network, workspace and seed financing of up to EUR 300,000 . Program plans currently call for a total of ten to 15 startups to be supported per year, and companies may enter the program at any time. Support is so far being provided for the startups Blinkist, Stylemarks and Salonmeister.
