Big news for all music fans: MagentaMusik 360 will broadcast exclusive sets from top DJs on the Parookaville main stages in live stream HD and 360°. Music fans can be part of the festival free of charge at home or mobile via www.magenta-musik-360.de, the app, or on EntertainTV. With a line-up of over 200 top DJs, the festival will feature big names from the international dance scene including Steve Aoki, David Guetta, Tiësto, Afrojack, and Robin Schulz.
"Parookaville is an extraordinary musical and visual event. By streaming it live on EntertainTV, the website, and the MagentaMusik 360 app, anyone can now become part of this fascinating festival and hold their own Parookaville parties at home," says Michael Schuld, Head of Communication and Sales Marketing at Telekom Deutschland.
Parookaville is no ordinary electronic dance music festival. It turns 80,000 music fans into the citizens of an imaginary city full of "madness, love and pure happiness," according to the organizers. There's even a church, supermarket, post office and funfair. Bernd Dicks from Parookaville says: "Our citizens get a unique festival experience. And we want this to come across in the first live stream from Parookaville. MagentaMusik 360 supplies HD images and 360° views in the quality we want and is a perfect innovative addition to the festival. We are very excited about the partnership."
MagentaMusik 360 keeps everyone who can't be there for whatever reason at the heart of the party. Some 20 HD and six 360° cameras will be installed on site to provide the experience. Livestream viewers can select from various camera angles and stand next to world-famous DJs or celebrate in the midst of the Parookaville citizens. Broadcasts will feature performances from the two main stages and exclusive insights into the festival city. The exact program will be announced shortly beforehand.
MagentaMusik 360 premiered at this year's Rock am Ring festival. More than 600,000 viewers watched live appearances by bands including Die Toten Hosen, Beatsteaks, and System Of A Down. In addition to the live streaming service, MagentaMusik 360 has a priority ticketing feature exclusively for MagentaEINS customers – tickets for selected concerts are available 48 hours before they go on general sale. Telekom’s new music and entertainment service is supported by Samsung.
