From August 7, not only will 18 teams be battling it out for the trophy, but Deutsche Telekom will also be launching its exclusive Bundesliga soccer service on the pay TV market. Illek, member of the T Home Board of Management, responsible for Marketing. "We will fight for every single soccer fan. Our choice of partner is a clear signal that the line-up is absolutely crucial." The new service brings together the emotional aspect of soccer with the appeal of state-of-the-art technology. Interactive applications, such as the live ticker, goal statistics and much more, will make every soccer fan's heart beat faster. LIGA total!, the new service, promises all soccer fans the opportunity to enjoy the world's favorite pastime, with no adverts and interruptions, anywhere – at home or on the move. This means that Deutsche Telekom customers can stay on the ball, wherever they are. The future success of the new service is founded on a skilled, experienced production company and program provider. Christian P. Illek, member of the T Home Board of Management responsible for Marketing underlined that Constantin Medien AG with its focus on sports through its subsidiaries, i.e., TV channel DSF (Deutsches Sport Fernsehen), production companies PLAZAMEDIA, PLAZAMEDIA Austria, and PLAZAMEDIA Swiss, creative agency CREATION CLUB, and its online sports portal Sport1, covers the entire range of integrated sports media services, and is optimally equipped for a successful partnership.
