T-Mobile Czech Republic - completes acquisition of České Radiokomunikace’s retail business

As of today, T-Mobile Czech Republic and České Radiokomunikace (ČRa) have completed the transfer of ČRa's retail telecommunications business. The whole transaction was approved in October in summary proceedings by the Office for the Protection of Competition. As a result, today T-Mobile is taking over all assets in the SME, SoHo and residential-customer segments, as well as retail (telecommunications) employees from CRa ensuring the business activities and operation of this business.

More than 100,000 existing retail customers of České Radiokomunikace thus become in fact the clients of the largest mobile telecommunications operator in the Czech Republic. But they have no reason to worry about this change, as they will receive the same services that they are used to in the same scope and under the same conditions as before. In addition, they will gain access to all of the benefits T-Mobile offers its customers. The operator would like to soon introduce bundles offering combinations of fixed-line and mobile services at favourable rates.

All retail customers of České Radiokomunikace can now use new special contact numbers and addresses of T Mobile where any queries they may have will be handled. They can call 800 77 88 88 toll-free or send queries via e mail to dotazy@t-mobile.cz. All important information is also available at www.t-mobile.cz/integrovanesluzby. All existing retail customers of ČRa are also being sent letters with information about the takeover.

Today marks the beginning of the integration process. Integration of ČRa's retail business into T-Mobile's corporate structure will be implemented during this and next year, when the entire process is to be completed.
