Ferri Abolhassan has been a member of the Board of Management of Telekom Deutschland GmbH since 2016 and has been responsible for the Service business area with over 30,000 employees since October 2017. Together with his team, he is working on consistently aligning Telekom's customer service with the needs of its customers.
