Deutsche Telekom is presenting itself at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona from February 24 to February 27. 1,700 exhibitors are showing around 70,000 visitors from all over the world the trends and highlights of the mobile market.

Deutsche Telekom is presenting itself as a reliable partner and enabler of new business ideas at the MWC. In keeping with the motto, "Win with partners", the focus is on the strategic expansion of international partnerships. The key issues that the Bonn-based company is illustrating to visitors at its stand (Hall 3, K30) are the integrated network strategy, M2M solutions, mobile payment and new smartphones and tablets. Twitter, Mozilla, Evernote and Daimler are just a few of the partners that are presenting themselves together with Deutsche Telekom. Pilot project Smart City Deutsche Telekom will present M2M solutions for the Smart City, including remote controlled streetlights and a holistic concept for connected stadiums, at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Motorists in Pisa will soon be able to find a parking space more easily. In a pilot project, Deutsche Telekom integrates a number of parking spaces within a sensor-based parking management system in Piazza Carrara in the city center. The cooperation also includes a big data service, which analyzes historical traffic data to optimize the flow of traffic.
