Peter Kespohl is a graduate engineer in communications engineering and has already been with Deutsche Telekom since the 1980s as a sales engineer, where he accompanied the first effects of digitization on the fixed and mobile network. ISDN/DSL and D1 are no foreign words for Peter. In 1992, he moved to the press office of the Deutsche Telekom in Kiel and in 2000, moved on to corporate communications at the headquarters in Bonn. Now, among other things, Peter is responsible for the communication of the Group's HR topics. One of his specialties is the accompaniment of collective bargaining. At the same time, he remains faithful to the bits and bytes as well as the chances and risks of the rapidly increasing digitization of society in communication.
