MetroPCS employees vote for union representation in New York store.

A group of nine employees in the Metro PCS Lexington Avenue store in New York City voted to be represented by the Communication Workers of America (CWA). Metro PCS is a brand of T-Mobile US. Respected decision The company recognizes and supports the rights of its employees to choose whether or not to be represented by a union, and respects the decision of this group. The company is committed to bargaining with the union in a lawful and professional manner regarding these employees.

Social Charter This also shows that Deutsche Telekom’s Social Charter with the right to freedom of association is valid and effective, alongside the Group's commitment in the Employee Relations Policy to mutual trust and respectful cooperation with employees and employee representatives. Together with the 16 T-Mobile US employees in Connecticut, this marks the second unit who decided to be represented by a union, out of a total of approximately 38,000 employees.
