Elektrim and Vivendi have informed Deutsche Telekom that they would like to continue the talks about Deutsche Telekom's offer regarding the increase of its stake in Polish PTC by 51 percent. Deutsche Telekom has accordingly decided to extend the offer until Friday September 12, 2003. The terms of Deutsche Telekom' s offer of August 25, 2003 otherwise remain unchanged.
