Dominique Leroy, born in 1964 and a Belgian national, has been a Member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom AG for the Europe segment since November 1, 2020.
Dominique Leroy has more than 30 years of experience in the consumer goods and telecommunications industries. She began her career at Unilever, where she most recently served as Managing Director for Belgium and Luxembourg. In 2011, she joined Proximus (formerly Belgacom), quickly took charge of the consumer market, and served as CEO from 2014 to 2019. During this time, she turned the company around and led it into a period of continuous growth, with a strong focus on the customer experience.
Dominique Leroy has more than 10 years of executive board experience. She has served as a member of the executive board at Lotus Bakeries, Proximus, BICS, Royal Ahold Delhaize, and Compagnie de Saint-Gobain.
She holds a master's degree in industrial engineering and management from Solvay Business School in Brussels.
