Learning by doing: the Bonn pros get a feel for sitting and moving around in a wheelchair. With the hoop still 3.05 meters off the ground and the rules identical to the regular game in this regard, the Baskets gained a whole new perspective on the sport. Wheelchair basketball teams are highly inclusive, comprising women and men of all ages. 

Deutsche Telekom organized a joint training session with the Köln 99ers and the Telekom Baskets Bonn in Cologne on April 12. This inclusive sports event saw Deutsche Telekom and the two professional clubs make a joint commitment to inclusion in sports and society.
