By a large majority, shareholders at the Annual General Meeting approved the proposals put forward by Telekom’s Board of Management and Supervisory Board. They voted to pay a dividend of €0.78, elected new members of the Supervisory Board, and formally discharged the managers.
Of the share capital totaling 4,361,319,993 shares, 2,557,893,390 shares were represented for the vote.
Following the resolution of the Annual General Meeting, a dividend of €0.78 per dividend-bearing no-par value share was paid on May 15.
